Terms and Condition – Daycare & Grooming
At Pawdressers we focus on quality and not quantity

The health and safety of pets is our priority. Knowing the dietary needs, exercise limitation or required medication for our guests help us to provide quality service, we required all guest to comply with the following terms and conditions:

All dogs should be flea and tick free, with all vaccinations up to date, if requested, you must be ready to provide proof of C5, Kennel cough, Parvovirus or any other vaccination.

For puppies must have at least their second vaccination before entering the premises and must have their booster and final vaccinations by 16 weeks. Owners acknowledge that any risk for exposing your puppy that is not fully vaccinated with other dogs that are is fully owner responsibility and not Pawdressers.
All dogs must be in good health. Owners will certify their dog(s) are in good health and free from any condition which could jeopardize other guest.
If your dog shows signs of illness, Owner will authorise Pawdressers to take the dog to the near Vet and will agree to pay the fees expenses to Pawdressers. Owners understand that grooming dogs can be tricky, they can jump off the table, move in the worse moment or occur and accident, Pawdressers will take your dog to the near Vet and will let you know straight away.

Doggy Daycare

1. All dogs 6 months or older must be neutered (desexed) – limited exceptions may be made
2. All dogs must be non-aggressive. Owners will certify their dogs are not aggressive or threatening behaviour towards any dogs or any person.
3. Fees are payable in advance or on the day of service.
4. Doggy Daycare opening hours go from 8 am to 5:30 pm. A late pick up fee of $10 per each 15 minutes or part thereof, will be charged to owners if their dog is not picked up prior 5:45pm.
5. Medication: We can administer medication to your dog, please ensure the medication provided is labelled with name, dosage, and instructions from your Vet.
6. If your dog shows signs of illness, Owner will authorise Pawdressers to take the dog to the near Vet and will agree to pay the fees expenses to Pawdressers.
7. Pawdressers reserves the right to refuse members based on size or behaviour.
8. Any Owner that brings a dog into Pawdressers premises assumes complete and total liability for any harm or damages of any kind, disease or parasite that occur to other dogs, people or property resulting with your dog being in the care of Pawdressers, thereof Owner will cover all the cost (including all Veterinary, medical or legal).
9. Owners accept that all social media taken pictures/videos of your dog they are property of Pawdressers, Owner accept the reproduction of this ones without previous approve.
10. All dogs will receive small amounts of healthy dog treats (Owner must inform if they cannot have treats or any allergies) during their time at Pawdressers. We provided healthy meals to your dog(s) if required. Clean fresh water is always available and accessible to the dogs.
11. These terms and conditions may be altered or amended at any time by Pawdressers and you agree to accept when they are made.
Grooming

1. Owners understand that all dogs that are matted or have knots the removal process can be painful and stressful to your dog and Pawdressers reserve the right for treat them. Owners accept the matted fee will be $15 per 15 minutes on top of the full grooming price.
2. Owners accept that all social media taken pictures/videos of your dog they are property of Pawdressers, Owner accept the reproduction of this ones without previous approve.
3. Pawdressers can cancel the grooming session if your dog is stress or aggressive at any moment.
4. If you are running late without noticed after 30 min. Pawdressers will cancel your appointment and you will have to pay a cancellation fee.
5. A cancellation for grooming is without fee up to 8 hrs. before appointment. If not Pawdressers will charge $40 fee for lost service.
6. Pawdressers will send you a text 20 minutes before your dog is ready giving you 1 hour to pick up, after 1 hour day-care services will apply $15 per extra hour.
7. Pawdressers reserve the right to treat any Owners that are in the blacklist of Groomers of Sydney.
DOGS ANXIETY:
The emotional connection between humans and their pets is the essence of the relationship.
Recent studies have shown that pets can pick up on chemical and physiological cues from
their owners that allow the owners moods to become "Contagious"; Which mans the owners stress and anxiety can also become the pets stress and anxiety.
Remaining calm and relaxed around your pet in the lead up to their journey will be the most
helpful thing you can do, as they will feel at ease and confident in your emotional position.
This greatly assist in the transition from being with you to then being put in an unfamiliar
environment. If you were not stressed, they will feel less of a need to be stressed themselves.
For pets with clinical anxiety, we recommend speaking to your vet for tailored and
professional advice about the best methods to reduce anxiety.
